Had them install a sunroom and new stairs. Very nice workers that do great work. If your not satisfied with something as they work they will redo it. Salesman Dale was very helpful and attentive to my needs and made sure I was pleased with the finished product. My screens were too loose (at no fault of Frazer). Dale personally took the screens back and waited for them to be fixed and returned them the same day. Love my Sunroom. I give them 5 stars

Professional outfit! Very knowledgeable and seem experienced. Dale W. was at my house and was extremely helpful and HONEST about my gutter situation. Fairly priced and the work was done immediately. I will definitely contact them for any future work around the house.

This is LONG overdue…… I’m not sure where to begin this review! Simply said, I LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS!! We moved to our home 31 years ago. I have begged my husband for new windows for our home for at least 25 of those years! He finally broke down and agreed to get them last year. We contemplated going to the big, well-known places—we even got a few quotes. Then we went to Frazer Building Company…BEST DECISION EVER! From the moment we walked in and talked to Jeff Frazer, it has been a wonderful experience! We have a brick home twenty-six big windows. Most of them could never even be opened. I struggled daily with opening and closing them. We struggled to keep our home warm in the winter and used the interior shrink-wrap on all the windows every fall. The Frazer Building Co. crew is top-notch! Jeff, Eric, Adam, Rocco, and Bill are courteous and hardworking. They installed our windows in January 2017 and dealt with windy conditions and cold wind-chills below zero. It never seemed to phase them! They even whistled and smiled as they worked. What a GREAT bunch of guys! They cleaned up after themselves and always made sure we knew how to use the windows and that we were satisfied with each and every one! I just can’t express in words how grateful and happy I am! We now have neighbors stopping by and telling us how great our home looks! I enjoy driving down the road admiring my beautiful windows, too! This is one satisfied homeowner that will sing Frazer Building Co.’s praises for many, many years to come! In fact, we plan on hiring them again in the near future!
